We created a script for our trailer. We decided that it would be more effective if it had less speech on it, as most of the scenes would be screaming, and unexplained sounds.
Interviewer : So, tell us about your trip.
Survivour : We were just planning a nice camping trip, it was a nice weekend, it was just a (shivering/swaying) bit of fun.
(car) We were so excited, we went there all the time, it was like a routine.
(BBQ) Just us four, getting drunk and sitting by the fire, and Matt with his stupid ghost stories.
But this time wasn't like a routine, this time was different.

Title
As a group we brainstormed a load of ideas for the title of the movie. A few of them were: Neglected, Abandoned and Oblivious. The final name that we chose was Abandoned, as we thought it fit the storyline of the movie the best, as the house is an abandoned house, the girl/creature that's causing all the trouble is abandoned too.

Destinations.
Our group spent the day driving around looking at different locations to find ideal spots for the movie trailer. We came across two plantations that would be good to film the scene where the students are in the forest camping, however we haven't came up with a final decison to which plantation we are going to use. We also found two houses's which would be good to film the house scenes in, we are going to use both of these house, as one looks better outside, and one better inside. Below are the images we took of the different locations.
Rough Plot
I decided to work in a group for my media project as it would be easier to film with four people that just on my own. As a group we all wanted to do the same genre, and so came up with a rough plot. Our movie trailer was going to be based mainly in two scenes; a forest, and a house. Our rough plot was, a group of students go on a camping trip for fun in a forest, however whilst they are there one of the students go missing and the other students set off to find her, they stumble across an old looking abandened house where inside a load of paranormal happenings occur. This is just a rough plot so we know where to look for destinations to film the movie trailer in.
